What is online personal training?
Our online personal training provides the expertise of a certified personal
trainer, Mark Lori.
Mark Personally designs your workouts and meal plans, as well as
providing motivation to help you reach your goals. We send your programs
through e-mail in printable form so you can always get your workouts
whether you’re at home or on the road.
Why would I choose it over normal personal training?
Online personal training is a great alternative to in-person training. In-
person training can sometimes be inconvenient for people with hectic
schedules as well as expensive. Online personal training provides the same
programs for cheaper, and allows you to do your workouts on your own
time, wherever you want.
What is the process for getting started?
First fill out our consultation and agreement form. This allows us to find out
more about you so we can make a specific program for your needs. After
completing the consultation, decide which training package you want and
then purchase it. You will be taken to the PayPal secure site to use either
your credit card or PayPal account.
What if I don't have access to a gym?
There is no need for access to a gym. We can make a program for you
whether you want to work out at home or the gym.
What if I don't have any exercise equipment at home? Do I have to
buy it?
No. If you do not have any exercise equipment, we can still make a great
program for you. On some occasions, depending on your goals, we may
recommend some inexpensive equipment for you to purchase.
What do I do if I have questions or need to change my program?
You can contact us. Also as long as you are an active member, we will keep
in touch via e-mail on a regular basis.
How can I contact my trainer?
Primary contact is by email, though if you choose to do so, you may contact
your trainer by phone.
How long does my program last?
That is dependant on the program you purchase. We currently offer 1
month, 2 month and 3 month packages.
How many days a week will I be working out?
In general the programs will be designed around 3-6 workouts per week.
But remember, the programs are personalized, so whatever best fits your
schedule is how it will work.
How do I pay?
Payment is done safely through PayPals secure site, using either your
PayPal account or credit card. Checks can also be mailed to us, if you
choose this option please notify us first.
