  • If you have equipment, we will ensure you know how to use it properly

  • Unlimited Cardiovascular & Exercise prescription
  • Post- Program Fitness Assessment (to track progress made)
  • Nutritional Education & Meal Plan (additional $20)

  • New Client Sample Package ( 3 sessions for $105)
